The New York Mets are calling up infielder Luis Guillorme from Double-A Binghamton after the team acquired Devin Mesoraco from the Cincinnati Reds and third baseman Todd Frazier was placed on the disabled list. Guillorme has hit .441 with 1 homer and 10 RBI's in his last 10 games and on the season he has hit .300 with one homer, 15 RBI's and 14 walks. He is not known a power hitter, but has done well getting on base with .394 on base percentage this year. Catcher Tomas Nido was sent down as corresponding roster move.
