The New York Mets announced today that RHP Noah Syndergarrd has been placed on the 10-day disabled list after an MRI confirmed he has a strained ligament in his right index finger. It is unknown how long Syndergarrd will be out. He is 4-1 with a 3.06 ERA in 64.2 innings pitched with 76 strikeouts and 13 walks.
