The New York Mets announced today that 2B Robinson Cano and infielder Jeff McNeil have been placed on the 10-day injured list. Infielder Luis Guillorme and LHP Ryan O'Rourke have been recalled from Triple-A Syracuse to take Cano and McNeil's places on 25-man roster. Cano left Wednesday's game with a quad injury. He is hitting .241 with three homers in 45 games this year. McNeil has tightness in his hamstring. He has had an awesome year hitting .333. McNeil expects to off the IL when he's eligible and says the injury is minor. Guillorme hit .277 in Triple-A this year and a .377 OPS in 19 big league at-bats. O'Rourke made his debut earlier this year and had 1.1 scoreless innings and three walks. He has a 3.10 ERA in 20 games for Syracuse.
