Jeurys Familia To Go on 10-Day DL

The New York Mets announced this afternoon that they have placed RHP Jeurys Familia on the 10-day disabled list with a sore right shoulder. RHP Jacob Rhyme has called up from Triple-A Las Vegas as the corresponding roster move. Familia is 2-3 with 14 saves, a 2.48 ERA, and 33 strikeouts with 9 walks in 29 innings. Rhyme had a 6.35 ERA in 11.1 innings earlier this year. He has a 5.02 ERA in Triple-A this year with a 1.19 WHIP and 19 strikeouts in 14.1 innings.
