Major League Baseball announced today that the whole Subway Series this weekend with the Mets-Yankees at Citi Field has been postponed. The Mets's game last night in Miami was postponed after one player and one staff member tested positive for COVID-19. It is unknown who the player is. The Mets flew back to New York on Thursday night except for two people that tested positive and people who were in close contact with them. Mets players and team staff were tested after they arrived back in New York last night and tested again this morning. The Mets next game is on Tuesday against the Marlins at Citi Field. The Mets and Yankees both have an off day on Monday.
