The New York Mets lost to the St. Louis Cardinals 5-4 in 10 innings tonight in a suspended game and dropped their record to 33-35 after the Cardinals scored two runs in the top of the ninth inning the night before before a rain delay. RHP Edwin Diaz blew his fourth save and the team had their fifteenth blow save.
