Trevor May Placed on IL

The New York Mets announced prior to today's doubleheader that RHP Trevor May has been placed on the 15-day IL. 

RHP Adonis Medina was recalled as corresponding roster move.

May has been dealing with right tripceps inflammation and also had an MRI for it.

He has had a difficult start to the year allowing 8 earned runs on 13 hits in 8 1/3 innings.
