New York Mets outfielder Brandon Nimmo left the game early tonight after he was hit with a foul ball while hitting. Nimmo later hit a dribbler past the mound and was thrown out at first and then came up limping and kneeled over.
After the game, Manager Buck Showalter said that Nimmo has a right quad contusion and is day to day.
