The New York Mets announced today that they have activated relievers LHP Justin Wilson, LHP Luis Avilan and RHP Jeurys Familia off of the injured list and infielder Luis Guillorme has been promoted from Triple-A Syracuse. Relievers RHP Chris Flexen, RHP Brooks Pounders and RHP Chris Mazza have all been sent down to Triple-A Syracuse as corresponding roster moves. Familia was placed on the IL earlier this year on June 18th and has had a difficult year with a 7.81 ERA. Avilan has been on the IL since May 4th with left elbow soreness. He has a 9.28 ERA in 10.2 innings. Wilson has been on the IL twice this year with elbow soreness. He has a 4.82 ERA in 9.1 innings.
