Weekly Fantasy Update

Hey everyone I'm back again with another weekly fantasy update. This week I'll highlight three more players that may interest you as a Fantasy Baseball Enthusiast in the coming week.

Omar Infante: At the second base position, which is a thin one, infant can be a guy that you can trust to produce points over a week. A great hitter, Infante has been hot as of late producing 55 points in the past week in standard ESPN leagues. He is batting in middle of a good hitting lineup where he will have plenty of opportunities to score and drive in runs. Owned in only 50% of the leagues, he should be imidiately added if you need a reliable second baseman.

Jarod Saltalamacchia: Owned in 27% of leagues, Salty has been on fire in the past week. He's batting .500 with 2 Home Runs and 4 RBI in the past 7 games. More importantly hes scoring runs and getting points scoring 7 times and knocking two doubles around the spacious Marlins Park outfield. The catcher position is thin so add him while you can as he is a great source of power and needs to be owned while the Marlins offense is on a roll.

Brandon McCarthy: My reach for the week is a pitcher who has had two great starts now back to back. Throwing 7 shutout against the Padres and in his previous start striking out 12 Phillies in 7 innings. McCarthy has suffered through injuries in recent years but looks healthy now. He is pitching against the Chicago White Sox this week, who is a team that has a lot of strikeout guys. If you need a swing or miss type of start, things could go either very well or terribly wrong for McCarthy.

Tune in next week for another installment.
