Fantasy Update

Im here with another Fantasy Update, giving you the information you need each week to dominate your league! This week I'll profile another three free agent players that may just put your team over the top this week.

Seth Smith: This Padres outfielder has been on fire recently totaling 71 points over the past 7 days. This guy can hit not only for power with his 3 Home Runs at PETCO Park, but also his .321 average meaning he makes contact and even without the power stroke he will get good points. This week he has a great matchup against the Reds and Rockies which are two of the best hitting ballparks in the league.

John Danks: He's been solid all year except for two starts. He was solid in a win against the cross town rival Cubs in his last start. Averaging 10.7 points per game this season that will likely go up after two great matchups against Oakland in a big ballpark and in a two start week he also gets to face Houston which has the worst offense in the league. Great pickup and the strong possibility of two quality starts and wins.

Chris Young: With 3 wins in a row Young is on a roll. The former Met is pitching strong out in Seattle, and he will be facing the Twins in Minnesota. Chris sports a 2.63 ERA and as that will probably not last, he is a good pickup this week as I believe the Mariners could win another for him.

Also this week, as an owner of Jason Vargas, I am going to sit him against the Colorado Rockies as that will most likely be a rough start for him at Coors Field where the Rockies score a million runs per game, which is not much of an exaggeration.
