Corey Oswalt Goes On IL

New York Mets Corey Oswalt has been placed on the injured list with right knee inflammation. Oswalt has done well in limited action with a 3.48 ERA in 10.1 innings in three appearances (two relief). RHP Robert Stock has been called up to take Oswalt's spot on the active roster and is expected to make his Met debut tomorrow night. Stock made one appearance with the Cubs this season against the Mets and gave up five runs with six walks in four innings. He has a lifetime 4.66 ERA with a 2-3 career record in 67.2 innings.
