The Met offense was held scoreless for the first five innings and then came alive in the bottom of the sixth.
LF Juan Soto and 3B Bo Bichette with one out and then SS Francisco Lindor delivered a game-tying two-run triple.
1B Jared Young followed with a walk and DH Mark Vientos also walked to load the bases.
CF A.J. Ewing followed and came through with the game-winning two-run single through the drawn-in infield.
In the bottom of the seventh, RF Carson Benge led off with a single and Soto followed with a RBI triple of his own. Bichette then drove in Soto with a sacrifice fly.
Mets RHP Christian Scott had scoreless innings in the top of the first and second and then gave up a two-run homer to 1B Bryce Harper in the top of the third.
Scott was able to settle down after that and made it into the top of the fifth and was taken out after a one-out walk with 82 pitches.
His final line was 4.1 innings, three hits, two runs, two walks and six strikeouts.
LHP A.J. Minter followed with 1.2 scoreless innings and picked up his first win.
RHP Huascar Brazoban came in next and threw a scoreless top of the seventh.
RHP Luke Weaver followed and continued his dominant stretch with a scoreless top of the eighth with two strikeouts. Weaver has now extended his scoreless inning streak to 23 straight innings.
RHP Devin Williams came on in the top of the ninth and closed it out with a scoreless inning.
The Mets next game is tomorrow afternoon, Sunday, June 28 at home against the Phillies at 1:40 p.m.
