Francisco Lindor Placed On Injured List With Calf Strain

New York Mets SS Francisco Lindor has been placed on the 10-day injured list with a left calf strain. Infielder Ronny Mauricio has been recalled from Triple-A Syracuse.  It's a shame since Lindor was finally getting going hitting .262 in his last fifteen games.

Mauricio has hit in Triple-A with a .293 average, six homers and five stolen bases. He will play shortstop once Bo Bichette stays at third base.
