Mets vs. Phillies Game 14 Recap

The New York Mets lost a tough game to the Philadelphia Phillies tonight 5-4 in 11 innings to drop their record to 7-7. RHP Hansel Robles gave up a run in the 11th and took the loss. RHP Addison Reed gave up the tying run in the 8th. RHP Bartolo Colon gave up 3 runs in 6 innings. The Mets offense continued their power surge with back-to-back homers by  CF Yoenis Cespedes and 1B Lucas Duda. SS Asdrubral Cabrera added an RBI double. 2B Neil Walker scored on a wild pitch. The Mets have an off day tomorrow and then return on Friday with a 3 game series against the Atlanta Braves
