Mets vs. Philles Game 12 Recap
The New York Mets defeated the Philadelphia Phillies 5-2 to improve their record to 6-6. The Mets offense was led by 3B David Wright who hit 2 homers. It always seems that Wright gets a homer in Philly at Citizens Bank Park. Neil Walker added a homer. Lucas Duda had 2 RBI's with a homer and double. Noah Syndergarrd was dominant once again. He gave up only one run in 7 innings on 5 hits and 2 walks. He picked up his 2nd win of the season. Antonio Bastardo pitched a scoreless 8th. Jeurys Familia gave up a run in the 9th.
