Taijuan Walker Leaves Start With Left Side Tightness
New York Mets RHP Tijuan Walker left tonight's start at the Atlanta Braves with left side tightness.
Walker threw three scoreless innings, but was not able to swing the batand his velocity decreased in the bottom of the third.
He looked uncomfortable on the mound in the bottom of the third, but he was able to finish the inning.
Walker is the third Met in the last two games to get injured after RF Michael Conforto and 2B Jeff McNeil came out of Sunday's game with hamstring tightness.
