Mets vs. Brewers Game 25 Recap

The New York Mets lost to the Mulwaukee Brewers 10-2 tonight after a two-hour, forty minute rain delay and dropped their record to 13-12. RHP Jacon deGrom got the start despite the long delay and had a difficult outing giving up five earned runs on five hits and three walks in four innings. RHP Corey Oswalt gave in next and gave up four runs in three innings. LHP Luis Avilan gave up a run in the top of the eighth inning. LHP Daniel Zamora threw a scoreless top of the ninth inning.



The offense struggled with runners in scoring position leaving nine runners on base. 3B Todd Frazier hit an RBI single in the in bottom of the fourth inning. 2B Robinson Cano hit a RBI single in the bottom of the fifth inning.


The Mets next game is tomorrow night against the Brewers at 7:10 P.M.
