Mets vs. Dodgers Game 34 Recap

Last night, the New York Mets lost to the Los Angeles Dodgers 5-0 to drop their record to 21-13. Mets starter RHP Bartolo Colon had his worst outing of the season and gave up 5 runs. Dodgers starter LHP Clayton Kershaw was dominant once again. He held the Mets offense to just three hits. He had 13 strikeouts and only 1 walk. He became the first pitcher since 1900 to throw five consecutive complete games with 10 or more strikeouts while issuing no more than one walk. He is arguably the best pitcher in baseball and he showed last night why he has won NL  3 Cy Young awards.
