RHP Addison Reed allowed a run in the bottom of the ninth inning, but still managed to close it out and pick up his 18th save.

LF Yoenis Cespedes led the Mets offense with three RBI's. Cespedes hit a solo homer in the top of the first inning as well as a RBI double in the top of the fifth inning and a RBI triple in the top of the sixth inning and then came around to score on a throwing error.
