The New York Mets have traded outfielder Jose Bautista to the Philadelphia Phillies for a player to named later or cash considerations. Bautista was signed in May after was cut by the Atlanta Braves. He hit .204 with nine homers and 37 RBI's in 83 games with the Mets.
